Grounding Pillow Cases are available in 2 sizes:
- 50 x 70cm (20" x 28")
- 60 x 70cm (24" x 28")

Tip: Don't take your pillow cases too small. They are best used with an own (cotton) top cover.

An earthing connection cable (5m), and adapter (grounding plug) are included with each product (so 3 of each in total).

The Grounding Pillow Cases are made of a natural color organic cotton with a fine antibacterial silver thread woven into the fabric (95% soft high quality certified biological cotton and 5% silver thread). They are connected with the earth by an included conductive cable so your body is grounded during sleep.

The Earthing Blanket has a natural cotton color with a very fine silver thread woven in the fabric (30% soft high-quality organic cotton, 65% polyester fiber and 5% silver yarn) and are connected with the earth by a conductive cable so your body is fully grounded during use.

The grounding blanket is ideal for wrapping your body warmly and earthed during the day or in the evening, for example in the coach, and also when you are recovering from an illness or heavy exercise.

At night, the blankets are also used together with, in the first place, a grounding (fitted) sheet with possibly a grounding pillow-case. This is an ideal time to 'ground' yourself. During your sleep your body recovers best. In a natural way and in a deeper sleep, complaints can be reduced and, due to the lower tensions in your body while connected to the earth, your resistance and self-healing capacity are optimally supported.

Usage

As a rule of thumb, Grounding blankets, need to be used with the striped side, the conductive section, as close to your body as possible.

Earthing pillow cases give an additional direct grounding to your upper body, neck and head areas.

Connection

This Grounding Blanketsand Pillow Cases come with a standard connection cable 5m (16ft) and a handy wall socket adapter. Every adapter can hold 2 grounding cables so you can connect 2 grounding products with one adapter.

A regular grounded extension cord can also be used to plug the adapter(s) into, as long as this extension cord is also plugged in a grounded wall socket.

When you don't have an earthed wall socket handy, it's difficult to reach or while traveling, a grounding rod (also available online) can be used, which very simply connects the grounding products to the earth by a fine 12-meter cable. This grounding pin can easily be placed through a window (which can still be closed perfectly) and inserted into the ground, even if you are 1 or 2 floors high. The built-in resistor is also provided here for added security and peace of mind.

Do you live too high for the pin or have no garden or ground under your window? You can also perfectly ground through a metal pipe of your central heating. They are also always earthed via the boiler (by law). For this we have handy alligator clips available or a distribution box with alligator clip.

Safety

The Grounding Blankets and Pillow Cases do not consume electricity and never come into contact with it. In fact they can protect you from the electrosmog near you due to the presence of the earth's neutralising electrons. It is safely connected only to the grounding of your home by the adapter (plug) in a grounded wall socket.
For your peace of mind, an extra 100 kOhm resistor is always built into the connection cable, even safe for children and babies.

Washing

Regular washing, every 2 to 3 weeks, is recommended and essential to clean the cotton that buffers body acids from transpiration and to remove insulating body oils from the silver thread.

The grounding sheets, pillowcases and blankets can be washed at 40 °.
Only wash with a mild detergent for coloured laundry, never ever with a detergent for white laundry as they contain bleaches and will render the silver non-conductive.

Never use bleaches, fabric softeners, anti-limescale agents (Calgonit), natural soap nuts (Seepje, Green Soap,...). These will damage the silver thread.

Preferably do not tumble dry but air dry to prevent faster wear, as with any other sheet. You can iron on a lower temperature if necessary.
