90 x 210-220cm (36” x 83”-87”) - fits all mattresses of a Single Extra Long Size
100 x 200cm(39.5” x 80”) - fits all mattresses of a Single Extra Wide Size

A standard grounding cable (5m, 15ft) and European or UK adapter (grounding plug) are included per item (good for Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, the UK, Ireland, and most European countries). Other adapters (Swiss, Italian,..) are ordered separately. For the US and Canada, you don't need an adapter.

The fitted sheets have a very elastic and wide border. They fit all mattresses up to 35cm (1ft) in height and more.

This grounding fitted sheet for a single bed is made of certified organic cotton with 5% antibacterial, antiviral 'High Conductive' silver yarn, softly woven into the fabric, and matches conductivity rates similar to 30% regular silver yarn(beware of counterfeits).
The conductivity of the patented high-quality Aarding™ Silver Yarn is unmatched and remains intact after several washes. It's the only grounding sheet in this category that can be used with your own top sheet without losing grounding yield for your health.

This earthing sheet is connected to the earth by a conductive cable (included), so your body is grounded during sleep. This is done using the supplied adapter that ensures the connection via a standard earthed wall socket.

Earthing fitted sheets stay the best in place during the whole night and guarantee a continued optimal earthing effect for your body.

At night is an ideal time to ‘earth’ yourself. During your sleep, your body recovers best. In a natural way and a deeper sleep, complaints can be reduced, and due to the lower tensions in your body, your resistance and self-healing capacity are optimally supported.

Usage

Earthing fitted sheets can be used under your own (mostly) cotton cover sheet. This gives an excellent grounding of your body. By your body pressure, warmth, and transpiration, contact with the silver remains intact and almost immediately ensures excellent conductivity throughout the night.

Your grounding sheet needs less washing with your own top sheet, so it will last longer, like any other sheet.

Connection

This Grounding Fitted Sheet comes with a standard

5m (16ft) connection cable and a handy wall socket adapter. Every adapter can hold two grounding cables to connect two grounding products with one adapter.

A regular grounded extension cord can also be used to plug the adapter(s) into, as long as this extension cord is also plugged into a grounded wall socket.

When you don't have an earthed wall socket handy, it's difficult to reach, or while traveling, a grounding rod (also available online) can be used, which very simply connects the sheet to the ground by a fine 12-meter cable. This grounding pin can easily be placed through a window (which still closes perfectly) and inserted into the ground, even if you sleep 1 or 2 floors high. The built-in resistor is also provided for added security and peace of mind.

Do you live too high for the pin or have no garden or ground under your window? You can also perfectly ground through a metal pipe of your central heating. They are also always earthed via the boiler (by law). For this, we have handy alligator clips available or a distribution box with an alligator clip.

Safety

The Grounding Fitted Sheet does not consume electricity and never comes into contact with it. It can protect you from the electrosmog near you due to the presence of the earth's neutralizing electrons. It is safely connected only to the grounding of your home by the adapter (plug) in a grounded wall socket.
For your peace of mind, an extra 100 kOhm resistor is always built into the cable, even safe for children and babies.

Washing

Regular washing, every 2 to 3 weeks, is recommended and essential to clean the cotton that buffers body acids from transpiration and to remove insulating body oils from the silver thread.
With your own top (fitted) cotton sheet, every four weeks washing is acceptable.

The grounding sheets, pillowcases, and blankets can be washed at 40 °. Only wash with a mild detergent for colored laundry, and never with a detergent for white laundry, as they contain bleaches and will render the silver non-conductive.

Never use bleaches, fabric softeners, anti-limescale agents (Calgonit), or natural soap nuts (Seepje, Green Soap,...). These will damage the silver thread.

Preferably do not tumble dry but air dry to prevent faster wear, as with any other sheet. You can iron at a lower temperature if necessary.
