Grounding Recovery Bag 100 x 210cm (40" x 83") (incl. cable 5 m and adapter)

1 pers. Earthing Recovery Bag (100 x 210cm, 40" x 83"), earthing cable (5m), and adapter (grounding plug) are included.

Tip: This grounding sheet can also be used unfolded as a bottom flat sheet for a double bed up to 200 x 210cm (79" x 83").  In this case, you can also use your own cotton top sheet with it.

Choose the UK or European adapter. For the US & Canada, there is no adapter required. In this case, select the default European plug.

This grounding recovery bag has a natural cotton color with a very fine silver thread woven in the fabric (95% soft high-quality biological cotton and 5% silver thread) and is connected with the earth by a conductive cable so your body is grounded during sleep.

At night is an ideal time to ‘earth’ yourself. During your sleep your body recovers best. In a natural way and a deeper sleep, complaints can be reduced and, due to the lower tensions in your body, your resistance and self-healing capacity are optimally supported.

Recovery bags are very useful when you recuperate from a disease or injury and give a maximum earthing value.

Recovery Bags are also ideal as handy travel sheets as they fit on any bed, open (2 pers) or closed (1 pers.) and also to recover faster from jet lag.Your body tunes in quicker in the Circadian earth rhythm of the area so your cortisol hormone level (alertness) becomes synchronized with the local day time faster.

For daily use, however, a regular grounding fitted sheet with pillowcases is usually sufficient.

Besides personal health improvement, recovery bags are widely used by athletes in top sports to give them a sporting competitive advantage through faster recuperation and recovery from injuries.

This is the type of recovery bag which was used in the Tour de France by the Discovery and Postal Service Teams and played a vital role in 8 victories, the team claims.

This earthing recovery bag also has a shielding function for electromagnetic fog (EMF). You are wrapped completely into conductive tissue which also has an EMF Shield function. (Opposed to regular earthing sheets you sleep on, which only shield EMF coming from the bottom upwards).

This earthing sheet doesn't consume nor even touch electricity. It is only safely connected to the grounding of your home by the plug (adapter) in an earthed wall socket. You can also use a common earthed extension cord.
For extra safety and peace of mind, the included cable has a 100 kOhm resistor built in.

When you don't have an earthed wall socket handy, it's difficult to reach or while traveling, an earthing rod (also available) can be used, which very simply connects the sheet to the ground by a fine 12-meter cable. For a quick start just throw it through your bedroom window and plug it into the ground. Your window still closes properly. The 100 kOhm resistor is also built in for extra security and peace of mind.

Do you live too high for the pin or do you not have a garden? Then you can also perfectly ground through a tube of the heater. They are also always grounded via the boiler (by law). For this we have useful alligator clipsavailable.

Recovery bags, unfolded, can also be used under a light cotton cover sheet. This still gives an excellent grounding of your body. By your body pressure, warmth and transpiration, contact with the silver remains intact and ensures an excellent conductivity while asleep for 6 to 7 hours.

Washing instructions

Regular washing, every 1 to 2 weeks, is recommended to remove insulating body fats from the silver thread and to clean the cotton that buffers body acids. With your own top (fitted) sheet, monthly washing is fine.

The grounding sheets, pillowcases and blankets can be washed at 40 °; only with a mild detergent for colored laundry, preferably with an ecolabel (what’s good for the skin is good for the silver).

Never use bleaches, fabric softeners, natural soapnuts (Seepje, Green Soap) or anti-limescale. These can damage the silver thread.

Preferably do not tumble dry but dry on a leash to prevent faster wear, as with any other sheet.
